Our Offer

Proposal for Properties

Our list of proposals focuses on Security and Crime Prevention, Safety and Compliance, Access and Traffic Management, Operational and Facility Management, Environmental Monitoring and Protection, Analytics and Reporting

The solution is based on an all-weather specialized camera, which, in combination with gate or barrier automation, automatically opens access after verifying a license plate stored in the database. A list of unauthorized plates (blacklist) can be defined, and the system can also enable parking management functionality, tracking the duration of stay for vehicles not on the authorized list and generating billing.

Additionally, for barrier systems, there is a feature that recognizes vehicles entering the parking area directly behind a preceding vehicle (without separate registration).

Rules implemented in cameras that prevent intrusions into residential areas, monitor breaches of designated zones (e.g., protecting ground-floor balconies), and trigger alerts for presence in restricted areas such as garages, gyms, elevator shafts, etc. They also protect permanent fixtures and small architectural elements (trash bins, playgrounds, etc.) and can alert for nighttime movement, activating additional lighting or tracking moving people or vehicles.

These rules can be assigned to different cameras and grouped so that operators or administrators are notified in real time of any defined events, or so that event reports are generated for statistical purposes (event logs).

Preventing tailgating (vehicles entering without authorization, key, or card), traffic flow assessment, vehicle counting, protection of no-traffic zones, and enforcement of maximum speed limits in residential areas (by identifying vehicles exceeding the allowed speed).

Video analytics helps prevent crime by providing intelligent, real-time monitoring and automated threat detection across public and private spaces. AI-powered cameras can detect suspicious behaviors such as loitering, unauthorized access, trespassing, or aggressive actions, and immediately trigger alerts for security personnel.

The system can also recognize prohibited objects, monitor restricted zones, and track unusual movement patterns, enabling proactive intervention before incidents escalate. Video analytics supports facial recognition, license plate identification, and perimeter breach detection, enhancing the ability to identify and respond to potential offenders quickly.

By combining continuous surveillance, behavior analysis, and automated reporting, video analytics deters criminal activity, improves response times, and provides actionable evidence for investigations, ultimately creating safer and more secure environments.

Video analytics helps prevent vandalism by providing continuous, intelligent monitoring of vulnerable areas and triggering real-time alerts when suspicious behavior is detected. AI-powered cameras can identify unusual actions such as loitering, tampering with property, defacing walls, or attempts to break windows, fences, or equipment.

The system can automatically differentiate between normal activity and potential threats, allowing security personnel to respond immediately before damage occurs. Video analytics also records and classifies incidents, providing valuable evidence for investigations and legal actions.

Additionally, analytics can detect patterns over time, highlighting high-risk areas or recurring offenders, enabling proactive security measures such as targeted patrols, improved lighting, or access restrictions. By combining detection, alerting, and reporting, video analytics deters vandalism, reduces property damage, and enhances overall site security.

Video analytics can help prevent illegal dumping of waste by providing real-time monitoring, detection, and alerting in areas prone to unauthorized disposal. AI-powered cameras can identify suspicious behaviors, such as vehicles stopping in prohibited zones, individuals leaving objects outside designated bins, or unusual movements near waste collection points.

The system can automatically recognize and classify different types of objects being disposed of, trigger alerts to security personnel, and record video evidence for enforcement purposes. Analytics can also track patterns over time, identifying repeat offenders, peak dumping times, and high-risk locations.

By combining continuous monitoring, automatic detection, and actionable reporting, video analytics deters illegal dumping, supports faster intervention, and helps maintain cleaner, safer, and more compliant environments.

We implement complete video management systems (VMS) with AI-powered video analytics modules and integrations with other systems, including access control, alarm systems, automation, smart lighting, and more.
Existing client systems are modernized through an “overlay” approach, enhancing them by adding missing functionalities without replacing the entire infrastructure.

We help organizations seamlessly migrate their video and data systems to the cloud — ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Our cloud migration services enable remote access, centralized management, and AI-driven analytics while reducing infrastructure costs and maintenance complexity.
